I seem to wake at these hours no matter what time I go to sleep. I even went to a place 2 hours behind and same thing happened.

I get knocked out sleep during the day time where I fall asleep and don't know it until I wake up.

Took sleeping pills same thing happened.

I'm not on meds. I a, ver bored however. I thought maybe boredom or trauma. I used to sleep and have great dreams which helped me. Now, really no more dreaming.

Hard part is being up and nothing you can do and nobody to talk to.

I used to watch tv or sone sort of entertainment. Now, I don't want any.
