Is it common to have very vivid, sometimes frightening dreams on melatonin?
Also it's really messing up my body clock I think. I take it and sometimes don't fall asleep until 1am or2am then I end up sleeping until noon. Ian trying to figure out if this is because of melatonin or my new medication Stelazine. I haven't taken the stelazine tonight, so I think it may be because of my melatonin? Help please? |

I had vivid, strange dreams with melatonin also. It didn't help me sleep either, so I quit using it.
