Does anyone know what constant sleep talking means. I haven't done it recently for most of last year I talked constantly in my sleep for most the night every night. I sometimes even woke myself up and knew I had been talking but with no memory of what I said. Others told me that I had full conversations with myself, both asking and answering questions. I would love to know if this was significant in any way. thanks

Here's information about sleep talking, that I found. Does say that it's not found to come from the rational mind and can be short lived as an experience.
Hope it helps..
