For a couple of days I've been having kind of scary dreams and only 4 or 5 hours of sleep no matter how hard I try. I sleep in the living room because I have recently been even more afraid of my own room, not exactly sure why. I have been scared of my room,Rather irrationally but still doesn't stop me from being scared. There's scratching in my bedroom ceiling that only ever seems to happen in my room and it scares me a lot. So,there's one reason I'm afraid of it. But the main issue is being more and more sleep deprived.
Thanks?

There is probably a big fat rodent making a nest right above your room, on the ceiling panels. Check out the attic if you have one, and have access to it. Your anxiety got you scared. If the anxiety get to much, see a doctor for a refferal to a therapist.
Thanks for this!
