I keep dreaming I am being chased, by what I'm not always sure, but I'm running or trying to get away.
Maybe I watch too much tv, but last night had something to do with a school, and I was trying to get away from something.
Is there some sort of way to make these dreams stop?

Yes, your dream does has something to do with real life and school. What were you trying to run away from? In real life?

Well I was bullied a lot in primary school.
High school wasn't that great either.
I guess I used to spend a lot of time avoiding said people.
I found out late in life I am ADHD and I'm spending most of my time now furthering my education.
Are there ways of changing what you dream? By confronting?

It is good to see you are still in school. Dreams are all about our feelings. As your feelings change, so will your dreams. Dreams are how our minds process our days events and our feelings about ourselves and situation we are in. Anxiety can cause bad dreams.

Sounds to me like maybe there's something going on in your life that feels out of your control
