Every night for as long as I can remember, I've felt like a bunch of bugs are crawling all over my legs. Sometimes it even hurts like they're biting me. I'ld always go under my blankets with a flashlight and look around, but I could never find anything. I would tell my parents when I was little, but they never believed me. They thought I was just looking for an excuse to get out of bed because I did it so often and they never found any bugs.

Now they believe me, only because I'm eighteen now and still feel it. It's not like I have bedbugs, and there is never any sign of the "bites" I feel. I keeps me up at night because it's so irritating it makes me squirm around and scratch.

No one in my family experiences this but me. Does anyone on here have this problem too? If so, what is it and how do I make it stop!?

With some, bed bug bites will not show on their skin. They hide out of sight as well, they avoid light. Anxiety may make you feel restless.

But all my life? No matter where I sleep this happens. And why would I be the only one? Other people have used my bed before.

Others will react differently to bed bug bites. All your life? that could be quite possible, considering how common bed bugs are. Take the flashlight and look behind the head board, and in its nooks and cracks and tell me what you find. Look for small little blood spots on the inside of the head board. The spots will look more black then red. A UV black light will make the blood spots glow. Look for small black blood spots on your pillows and sheets as well.

Anxiety, as I said can cause the restlessness. Remember, one can not feel it,when a bed bug bites.
