I have this dream a lot. I dream I'm back in school, sometimes not much happens but mostly something goes wrong, I'm late or confused about what homework I should have done. Or no one remembers me or my old school friends blank me.
Anyone know what it could mean? |

I have dreams like that too. Usually I have lost my schedule and can't find the right classrooms. Sometimes I dream that my mother insists I go back to high school despite being 32, so I can get better grades or something. I usually wind up lost, unable to catch the bus home, so I just walk home instead. Not my favorite reoccuring dream by far.

Missing school dreams, may indicate you have matured past your school days age.

They are about life's lessons, don't take them literally, they are not anxiety dreams, life has us go through lessons, bad experiences to teach us things, and sometimes we fail to understand, attend to or grasp life's lessons.you feel not up to the lessons, unsure of what your doing,I learnt this recently from having similar dreams.

These dreams are the closest thing to recurring nightmares I have. It's either in high school or college and I'm purposely cutting classes only to arrive at the end of the semester and find out I'm getting a zero or flunking the final exam.
The thing is I was always diligent about attending my classes in real life. Unless I was sick I was usually there. But in these dreams, it's the same thing every time. What's weird is these dreams always take place in a very strange "remix" of my old schools. Like I once envisioned my old high school with hallways that resembled a mall. I don't know if it's because I have a guilty conscience or what but I wake up frantically only to discover I've graduated and therefore have nothing to worry about (at least on that front) ![]() Last edited by 10yrsgone; Dec 04, 2015 at 05:01 PM. |
