Hmm. That's strange. I thought dreams were a normal thing for the body to do.

Dreaming happens during REM rapid eye movement. i have sleep apnea because i don't get enough REM, in fact during the test for sleep apnea i had no REM. they never saw a case like mine with no REM. i now sleep with a machine and i think it is the best thing to happen to me. i do get dreams, sometimes nightmares although but at least i'm sleeping.

Your medications may be suppressing your dreams below your memory. Ask your doctor about this.

I don't dream much either, and I'm quite happy about that. Normally any dream I have is so bad that I'd rather never dream at all.

It's also true that we don't remember most of our dreams. It is possible that you are dreaming but not remembering what you dream.

I have also heard this. It's suggested to keep a dream journal beside your bed and as soon as you wake up to write it in.
