After interpreting a dream about a dog on this Forum, it reminded me of a dream I had about my dog.

There was a party hosted at a house that I’ve never seen before. Yet the guests at the party kept claiming it was my house. It was overly crowded and I just felt uncomfortable all over. The walls, floor, ceiling and furniture all had a red tint to them. My gift at the party was a 'new dog.' It was all slimy, furless and not too appealing to look at. My old dog sat there right next to the new dog. Later on during the dream, my old dog started barking repeatedly and approached the fireplace. I looked up the fireplace into the chimney and saw a dead body. I looked back to the party and saw a man wearing a mask that was far too big for his head, it was some sort of animal mask that sagged and reminded me of some kind of bull. He was the murderer. Later on, there was yet another murder, and I had tried telling everyone about the two deaths, but everyone didn't seem to mind. They could all get killed by this man and I didn't know what to do. That's where the dream ended.

Does anyone know what this could mean?

A dream of change. You are no longer in the house that was yours. The dogs are all parts of yourself, as was the man behind the mask. There were various dead parts of yourself as the result of the change. Maybe in real life you once bullied people. Bullies always hide behind masks.

I have no idea. Perhaps you ate a wrong food before you went to bed. tc
