Suffering from depression and having diabetes is no fun. It is bad enough to wake up during the night to use the restroom. Then you can't fall back a sleep. When you do it is time to get up again to go. It is a terrible cycle. I don't want to take anymore dang pills either. Does anyone have ideas how to get some good rest?

Anxiety is what makes it hard to get back to sleep. Are you under treatment for anxiety and depression?
