So this was a dream I had after a bit of a rough night that, among other things, involved me uncovering a memory from when I was in elementary school and got locked outside the school. (Someone kind of came and got me and I mostly remember being taken into a dark room and getting yelled at -- and as far as I can recall, at least to my kid mind, it wasn't a dear-God-we-were-so-worried thing, but you're-a-bad-kid. I'd...kind of fallen asleep on the playground equipment -- accidentally -- and maybe their anger was justified, but still...) But anyway, this dream involved me and a friend I haven't seen in a while (she's in college and doing her thing) stealing the flying Ford Anglia from Harry Potter and reenacting that scene from Chamber of Secrets (with the added bonus of me beforehand suggesting using my phone to call or text somebody to come get me) where Harry and Ron crash into the Whomping Willow (I was Harry, she was Ron). And we had some argument later in the dream...not sure what it was about, honestly.

Also, weird thing is (and I swear, I didn't have any music on), but there was the song "Emotionless" by Good Charlotte playing. (My dad hasn't walked out on the family, but there were irrational moments when I thought he actually would, usually when he had arguments with my mom. I do have my father's anger issues as well, just in different forms. And the arguments usually got resolved peacefully, but they were still scary)

That's the most I can remember. Oh yeah, and there were Sookie Stackhouse books in there as well, even though I've never read them in my life.

You have fled that situation. You can fly free now. You should write screen plays for the SyFy Channel. They would have much better movies, if you did.

*Giggles at the mention of the SyFy Channel* Yeah, I think that I do have a wild imagination. It's kind of a blessing and a curse at the same time. And thanks. I'm flattered, I really am. (Also, are SyFy channel movies as bad as people say? Mostly curious, as I've never seen one. Like how bad are they?)

And yeah, I think it is a reminder that what happened has passed now. Which...thank God. I'm not a little kid anymore; I can take control of my life. (Also, it might be my subconscious asking me to get back in contact with my friend. I mean, we've just kind of...not talked as much in some time. Which sucks -- I think we've been close since pre-K and all)

"in elementary school...got locked outside the school"

Probably a symbolic representation of your lost memories of childhood and trying to access them. Maybe this is the subconscious addressing how you fear people are reacting to it?

No, that wasn't a dream (unfortunately). It was kind of part of a rough night I had that involved uncovering that memory. (Sorry) I guess I was sort of putting it in there to provide a bit of context to the whole...dream I might have had. The dream I did have was thankfully more pleasant than...y'know. Even if my friend and I did end up reenacting that scene from Chamber of Secrets where Harry and Ron crash into the Whomping Willow in that dream.

SyFy movies are bad all based on formula writing. You creative writing would make any movie more interesting to watch. The people who wrote the recent Star Wars movie, could have used some of your writing. You are good.
