10 yearsxago I Had a lifelong severe body image issue. Through diet and exercise I changed my physical appearance into what I always wanted. Trim, tan, healthy.

Now, I'm older and encountering the same issue. Overweight, "ugly", etc.

Hope ? If I did it once, I can do it again.

Maybe not as I was, but better than I am now.

It's a mind thing. Patient food regulation and exercise.

With Gid's help I can succeed.

I'm age 65, and over the years, seeing pics of myself, I've always felt I was ugly. Looking back on those earlier pics, I see that I was fine, but, to this day, I shrink at having pics taken as I always feel how unfit, even ugly, I appear.
