im having a lot of nightmares - mainly invisible forces trying to harm me -

im thinking its because my life is a little out of control at the moment

IM not sleeping a lot - that way i cant have bad dreams ...
its very tiring

im exhausted

i know they arnt real .. it brings out the child in me - and the part that didnt want to sleep after i was attacked a long time ago because i just relived it

tired now... i do shift work so thats a factor too ...

not really sure what to do...

Shift work does mess with sleep a lot. The forces in real life are threatening to you. Anxiety is a working part of this.
Thanks for this!

Therapy can help with the general anxiety. As the anxiety fades, so will the intensity of the nightmares will.
