I love cats so It wasn't a negative cat association in my dream.
I dreamed that there were 4 cats a orange tabby a black cat a calico and a white persian cat the white persian cat was in a cage and hadn't recieved food in a few days it was shaken and scared but I let it out of the cage and fed and watered it and it seemed happy the orange and black cats were kittens a little older kittens actually and they were sleeping and the calico cat was their mother I think? she hopped off the cat bed and walked off I noticed the two kittens were taking up the cat bed and I was worried the white persian and calico cat wouldn't fit so I was trying to clear a space for them to all sleep I knew the calico was in a different room but the white persian was missing so I was trying to find it so it could come back to the room for bed.
I am still confused about this dream, any suggestions? thank you.

It sounds like you are in the process of monitoring yourself, and taking care of yourself. I would suspect your life is on an even keel right now. You are being therapeutic to yourself (letting out of cage, feeding and watering). You are putting cause and effect together, and rearranging things so everything works well (kittens). (white Persian missing might mean it could be in danger when you are not monitoring it since it is missing instead of just being in another room).

I would think the calico mother is you (I am fine), the orange and black is your knowledge (how can I keep everything content), and the Persian is whatever you feel you are neglecting (what am I not paying attention to, or missing).

But remember in dreams, everything is from us, even if we don't know it.
