It works for me. The brand I get comes in a 32oz bottle made by Knudsen. No sugar added but is naturally sweet from 100% tart cherry juice.

This not not only induce sleep for me it also reduces my uric acid levels that cause gout.

(Not nutritional advice, just sharing what works for me)

Anyone else heard of this home remedy for sleep?
Thanks for this!

I have heard cherries promote sleep. How much are you drinking and how long before you feel sleepy?

Good luck with this John....I hope you find relief from the sleep meds, which can be addictive.

I drink about one 6-8oz cup about one hour before bed, two or three times a week. It usually takes me about 30-45 mins before I feel really sleepy, and I sleep deeper and longer than without it.

Good luck Calypso!
Thanks for this!

I've heard of this and I tried it but didn't really notice anything, but maybe I just had a good night's sleep I'll have to get some more, lately I've been having trouble getting to sleep
Thanks for this!

I'd love to try it. It looks like my grocery only has it in fruit drink rather than pure juice. I wonder if it would work too?
