So I have this recurring dream about a tornado outside my house. Normally, someone would be terrified of this and run to the basement but my family and I don't. We stay in our house and watch it through the Windows until it "blows up" leaving a snowy covering everywhere along with our trampoline flipped over in the back yard but everything else is unharmed.

You feel safe inside yourself. Eventually it shakes a bit your reality but everything stays quite fine.

Your are at peace with your family, because there is no more jumping up and down anymore.

I believe that most of our dreams are meant to be feedback to the dreamer to let the dreamer know how he/she is progressing spiritually/psychologically.

The spiral shape is probably a symbol of kundalini. The wind is a symbol of the spirit/spiritual.
The “snowy covering” probably means something like purity.
As for the trampoline, when it is upright, it can be used to jump or bounce high into the air. However, the “trampoline flipped over.” Thus, bouncing on this trampoline takes the person downward. Symbolically, this means that the dreamer would travel into the lower realms of the psyche. This is a good sign.

Hope this helps.
