I had plans for today; important plan that included getting a ride to the doctors office for med renewal; getting stuff together to try to do taxes; try to mend fences with son’s gf and my family. I know I seem to be fighting a cold but I don’t think that has anything to do with it. I took my regular meds last night and ½ of my last remaining seraquel tablet because it has been a horrible holiday break with bf and my family and I have only been catnapping day and night for weeks but I have not been manic, therapist said ‘hypomanic’, I still feel depressed. I have been overly anxious , somewhat paranoid, and having a great deal of trouble controlling my impulses.
Anyone else have long periods sleep that you can’t wake yourself from?

Hi,
You need to catch with the sleep you last. It is not unusual to have a long sleep after a hectic day or week. 24 hours is a bit long and that maybe due to your depression and medication.
Lack of sleep, or rather restful sleep causes restlessnes and impulsive behaviour. You can't keep the candle burning at both ends for a long time!
Try a restful, regular regime and stop running the show for a while!
Thanks for this!
