I'm going on night Numero Dos without one wink of sleep. Two nights without sleep. My eyeballs are feeling incredibly raw and scratchy, though they look absolutely normal, and my stomach is tying itself up in knots screaming at me to get some sleep so it get the vital whatnots it needs from my body whilst I am deep in sleep. I feel like I belong in one of those zombie survival horror shows.....as a zombie!!!

Meh.....I'm probably going to go on staying awake until I either pass out, or keel over. One of the two.

I actually slept well last night, for the first time this week. A good night's sleep is priceless, isn't it? I hope you are able to rest soon.

Start counting sheep, or think about doing a monotonous job.
Alternatively, try to relax and cut down on workload or pleasure seeking!
