I was really little and everybody else was a giant. When everybody talked it was really loud and everyone heard them. But, when I talked no one heard me. Then, I started yelling and still nobody heard me. What does this dream mean?

Hi,
There is no inherent meaning to dreams.
Dreams are dreamt to do a certain tskduring the sleep.
Your dream was dreamt to wake you up and move you from a bad sleeping possition, also to drag you out of an unpleasant stream of thoughts of inferiority that makes you less important than your friends.
You were sleeping on your back when the dream happened and this is the worst sleeping psition for causing breathing difficulties during sleep.

Actually, I usually sleep on my stomach because it makes me feel safer.

You may be in a real life situation (Such as at work) where you feel no one listens to you, or sees you. They may be loud obnoxious people that you are with. Do a reality check.

Hi,
that is even worst than sleeping on your back for causing bad dreams!
Try lieing on your stomach without going to sleep for some time. You will finish up with aches and pains.

Yeah, it hurts my neck to sleep on my stomach. I just feel anxious on my back.

Do You realise that your subconscious creates the dream to wake you up or make you change your sleeping position when you start to experience pain or discomfort?
Tension or stress during waking life also cause problems while you're awake.
I'm sure you feel the stress and tention hurts the back of yourhead and neck. Sometimes pain relief will help, however to much analgesic also dulls the brain and creates white noise. In turn your subconsciouws needs to create more vivid and more violent dreams to wake you up.
It is a very complicated interface between the brain and the subconscious mind. That is why MI is very difficult to understand and treat. Appart from the lack of understanding, there are many different schools of thoughts among psychologists that makes matters even worse.

Do you feel ignored and not being heard in real life? For me, some dreams are random, but sometimes I think some of them reflect what I feel while I'm awake.
