Ok I don't know what's with the fruit.
So in my next mindfulness my therapist gives me a
Pineapple.
So this is what happened

So my therapist gave me a giant pineapple.
I asked "How did you know my favourite fruit
Is pineapple?" he just smiled. I asked "This is huge!, how am I suppose to move this"? And again my therapist just smiled. I was just frustrated at this gaint pineapple because well I couldn't move it. Then he went up yo me and place his hand on my left shoulder and said well standing behind me of course "With faith you will move it"
So I kinda kicked it with my foot trying to move it.
Then I realised it wasn't going to work and then I said "ah I guess thats not the way" then he said to me "I'll let you figure it out yourself"

What does this mean?

The therapist gave you a suggestion that is immovable. You feel you can not do much with it. You just got to have faith in him, no matter what he gives you. The pineapple may be just a red herring.
