I am struggling to wake up these past few months. It's hard to breathe and still I can't awake. Some people tell me it is due to stress and lack of sleep.. Is it true?

How much sleep are you getting? Are you on meds?

Hello Enix: I suppose this could be due to stress & lack of sleep. I know, from other posts you've written that you have a lot going on in your life right now. However it could also have a medical explanation of some sort I suppose. It might be worth talking with your doctor about this if you have one you see.
