How do I sleep when I can't shut down this red alert in my head?

Paranoia, hypervigilance, general anxiety, hallucinations that make it all worse, nightmares and flashbacks.

If all this is to over whelming, seek some counseling. Anxiety does hurt sleep. There is no quick fix.
