The house represents a state of mind or mental attitude. Here it appears that you are using a mental attitude that is completely focused - or even obsessed - upon the issue of sweets. Here, it is your understanding that sweets must be eaten twice a week. This means that the act of eating sweets is to remain a negative act. Your own ego structure (also represented by the framework of a house) seems to demand this. If you do not maintain a negative view of eating sweets, your own ego structure which gives you your sense of Self - who and what you are - will turn against you. The walls eating you could be understood as in our expression, "what's eating you?". Here this can simply mean that your own sense of who and what you are will greatly bother you if you cease regarding the eating of sweets as a negative, wrong idea.
In a situation in which plans can be made for future satisfaction (the kitchen), you are accepting a sweet and practical idea (eating chocolate) backed by your ego (the wall). The principle on which you stand when doing this is seen as a reward for the very innocent and ignorant (cookie floor). But when using a personal point of view with which you could rest at ease (the bedroom) there is a pleasure principle (carpet) that is also very good or sweet but not really recognized. (what kind of sweet was the carpet??) This is a principle that allows you to do as you please {as there is no law saying "thou shalt not eat sweets".} Everything you ate coming back can simply imply that even though your ego forces you to regard sweets negatively, you will always be tempted.
[The house of candy strongly associates with the tale of Handel and Gretel, where a witch lured children in with candy to fattened them up to eat them. Incidentally note that you also spelled the word "which" as "witch" twice. The whole scene suggests that you are living with a fairy tale mentality under threat of getting fat from sweets.] Note that you are only able to eat the carpet once, meaning that being allowed to do as you please regarding eating sweets is a positive principle. It is not to be made into a negative principle. When you use this principle positively, you then live with a realistic mental attitude. (everything went to normal) [Realistically, something sweet once in a while will not make anyone fat.]
