its no mystery they're related.....alcohol even in moderation can negatively affect sleep....but its amazing how well i've been sleeping after 21 days of abstinence...
I say abstinence instead of sobriety because even in the midst of binge drinking on weekends, im mostly sober during the week...however, the ability to sleep was always challenging.... after falling asleep from a fri, sat, sun night beer binge, i find myself having crappy monday mornings all the way up to and including thursday nights....only to do it all over again...rinse and repeat drinking has taken its toll on my conscience to take bettet care of myself... Ive all but forgotten how good it felt to wake up after a refreshing nights sleep.... ....so here i am..... |

I was using 3 glasses of wine on manic nights to help the trazadone. I agree that's not a good thing and I stopped. But it did work and I miss the sleep.
