Hi, all! Good evening

how's everyone? Lately, I have been staying up (til 5) and haven't got any sleep. There are two reasons: one. I am anxious. Two, my cellphone likes to keep me awake lol. But, I have did research on lacking of rest and heard that if you don't get any? You have heart disease, diabetes, stroke..yes I'm scared of having those. Which leads me to be anxious even more. Plus I am feeling miserable and moody.
Can someone help me? Give me tips for me to get a good night rest? I would truly appreciate that.
