the South Pacific ... mermaids coming out of the sea to comfort me ...

Now they are all negative ... someone trying to kill or hurt me

Guess it's stress and my last therapist calling the police on me

Great therapy for my ailment ... anxiety disorder ... depression ... and distrust of everyone

It just intensified 10X and my dreams turned bad ... not to mention my migraine headaches

I don't remember many of my dreams anymore. When I was young, I used to have some nice dreams. Some of them involved exploring places such as mansions or castles & seeing all sorts of shiny objects made of such things as silver & crystal. But that was many years ago now. Recently I know some of my dreams have been quite violent. I don't recall any of the details. But I recall waking up & thinking: "OMG... what was that about?"

The process involved in Therapy can increase bad dreams for awhile.
