I'm asking this because it helps me understand psychology more.
Have you ever had dreams and have the feeling like you are there before. Or if when you are thinking about how life exists and how the universe might be fake and you get an insane feeling like nothing is real,

The question is what other things like that have you experienced.

And if you know what the name of have you ever had dreams and have the feeling like you are there before?.

Mostly looking for an answer to the first part of the question.

Thank you.

Hello littleair: Well... I don't think I have much of anything to offer with regard to this. But I noticed this is your first post here on PC. So I thought I would at least welcome you to PsychCentral. I hope you find whatever time you spend here to be of benefit.

There is a name for this thing in the universe. When you feel the universe and the things around you are fake it's derealization, and when you feel u r not real it's depersonalization. They are very common phenomena, and studies that everyone experiences at least one episode in life.
They are more common in people who have anxiety.
