Hello everybody,
I want to change my circadian cycle to sleep at 6 p.m. and wake 2 a.m. (approximately). I want to do this because of the silence of the night and cooler temperatures, that helps me stay more focused to do whatever I want to do.
I plan to do this by sleeping in a really dark room and use bright lights when awake.
My question is: is it safe? Should I do it?

Well, I really want to hear you guys.

Perfectly safe. Think of those who work the night shift.
