For some reason. after my last bout of depression, I lost the ability to nap. I have always been an avid napper, especially when I'm in the midst of a cold or the flu. Now when I lie down, my brain seems to pull be back. I simply cannot relax enough to sleep. I have primary insomnia, so take Klonopin at night. Any suggestions?
