Does anyone else have insomnia? What was yours like and what did you do to help it?

Didn't fall asleep until past 5am last night. I'm usually out by 11pm. Probably caffeine caused it last night. 400mg Seroquel is prescribed for a nightly sleep aid and it usually works very well. In the past I would go sometimes several weeks without sleep, before meds for bed. I'd also be manic then too.

Wow that sounds tough. Glad the seroquil works for you. I got about 5 hours last night and that's a good night for me.
