I have had chronic sleep issues off and on for many years, got overwhelming over a year ago. Went through many meds, brief psych stay, and have been managing ok for quite a while. Now under severe stress and sleep is all over the place. I currently take a low dose of nortriptyline, 2 mg Klonopin, and hydroxyzine if that doesn’t work. Last night was a jumble of wake and sleep. I remember taking hydoxyzine once and unisom once. When I woke up this am I was sure I had also taken one of my husbands Ambien. I was surprised to find out all the pills were in the bottle-new rx. Anyone else ever think they did something only to find they must have dreamed doing it?

I do believe it can happen, pixielouwho. You're definitely not alone in this. So I wouldn't worry too much about it. I'm so sorry you're struggling with your sleep
