I had a really weird creepy dream where I was at a friend's house, although not the same one she lives at in real life and at first everything seemed normal. But then something went very wrong with my friend's mother. She suddenly turned green and started acting and sounding like a zombie. She chased after me and in the process my hearing aid somehow fell out without me knowing it. I ran into a bedroom and my friend followed me in. Then a few seconds later, her mother walked in but she was back to her normal self as if nothing happened and didn't even seem to realize what had transpired. She said she found my hearing aid and gave it to me, and then said she would be making dinner and then walked out. Perfectly normal. She was even happy when she was talking, as if nothing was wrong.

But something told me she would change again. Which is exactly what happened. While my friend was discussing about hanging out the next day, we both heard the same zombie like sounds with evil laughter again, the same sounds she made the first time. We both forced the door closed so she couldn't come in and then barricaded the door shut. After we got the door shut, I shouted at whatever was inside my friend's mother to get out. After that, my friend got very mad at me, asking what was wrong with me. I was surprised and caught off guard by that. The dream ended right after that. Not sure why I had that dream or what it could represent but it was creepy and very random. Just plain weird and freaky. I get along with her mother and the rest of her family very well so it was one of those random dreams that was totally confusing and out of whack.

If this particular interpretation is accurate, "To see someone as a zombie implies that your feelings for them are dead. You have no emotional attachment towards them", then it could mean that your feelings toward your friends mother are ambivalent as she went from normal to a zombie state and back to normal, a couple of times.

Gosh, what an awful dream. Horrific all right.

Yeah I know. And that is a good possible interpretation, except I don’t have mixed or bad feelings towards the person. Who knows. Dreams are just plain weird at times.
