Hello,

Ive been having long dreams lately, its been difficult for me. They are very lucid, Sometimes I can feel things clearly and the details are very clear.

Its like ive lived an entire day in my dream by the time I wake up so sometimes its hard to keep track of time. The weeks are getting longer and longer.

Its also hard because sometimes the perspectives switch which make them very disorienting. Ive always had problems with this but now they are more lucid when Im on medication so its super disorienting.

Sometimes I thought I dreamed something when it was real and other times I have to question my memory when Im remembering whats in a dream. Nothing major, usually minor events. But I have to question Myself sometimes when I think of little memories.

And usually the dreams arent pleasant. One dream I had where I was at my job and a customer kept harassing me and eventually became a stalker. No one could help me, and he knew where I was at all times. I felt so hopeless and upset when I woke up.

Another dream I had was a dream where in I got myself into a sexual relationship with my mother ( Who I am estranged from) I have had intrusive thoughts about sex before and this made this dream very difficult. I wanted to throw up.

Another dream I had was, again, being pursued by a stalker. I was stuck in a house with a him. He pursued me until I was forced to kill him violently to get away. Once he did he became the physical embodiment of the devil and pursued me around again. It was awful.

I love sleeping, I just hate dreaming and Im not sure what fresh hell my brain will conjure up for me this time.

Im exhausted.
