My sleep is all turned around. I get into bed around 10 but I dont actually fall asleep until 12:30 or 1:00 a.m. some nights I've been awake still at 4:30! Once I get to sleep I sleep at least 8 hours- sometimes up to 12 hours which means waking up at 1 p.m. I do not want to keep this sleep schedule! I'd rather be up at 6 a.m. but when I set an alarm I either don't hear it or I sleepily turn over and fall back asleep until 1. Ive heard that one should gradually back up their wake up time earlier every day but from 1 p.m. to 6 a.m. seems like that would take forever! I used to get up at 5:30 about six weeks ago and now that I dont have to take my son to work all hell's broken loose. I would like to walk at 6 am as the sun is up and its cooler then. Help!
