I never have any dreams, is that normal? (Or if I do, I have never remembered them.) Everyone else seems to have dreams all the time, so I am worried this is another symptom of my trauma or something.

Anxiety and trauma often causes vivid dreams. You are not remembering dreams because your mind has healed and you feel calm.

You never remember them. The first 60 seconds you wake up we lose appx 90% of our dream contents. Its like going to the gym you need to train to remember your dreams. The first thing in the morning or if you get up in the middle of the night try and remember an image or even a feeling. It takes time but everyone dreams its not just everybody remembers.
