Hi,

I have had times where I have daydreamed before. Anyway, I was wondering if this was a daydream or my imagination acting up.

Like I will get lost in myself. That is how I describe it, and I will feel things as if it is real, like emotions, physical things. One instance I was at work sitting at the desk, and then I got lost inside of myself.
Like I went inside of my head but it was all dark and water was around. Well there was someone else there like another me.
Possible trigger:

Is this considered a daydream? My imagination just acting up?

I think it was your feelings about the real situation you were in. They went into hyper drive due to your anxiety.
