Some time I feel like I need to take a sleeping pill just to go to sleep.

So far Seroquel is still helping me sleep, but that's not something I can recommend. I'm even planning to talk about that with my doctor. I've been having lucid dreams for 2 nights in a row now. I feel very tired due to that and sleep during the day, too.

I'm sorry, I don't really have any good suggestions because when I can't sleep, there's nothing I can do about it. I try to read because it tires my eyes. It works sometimes, but sometimes it does.

My doctor thinks that it is because I am under a lot of stress. Unless I take something for me to sleep. I won’t sleep at all.

☹️☹️☹️Sorry for those having problems sleeping…Im still in recovery so insomnia hits me once in a while…Things getting better thi but off n on…Im afraid of the sleep aids like benadryl….melatonin is no help either…

What helps me is hard core exercise but these days I can only do walking and light calesthenics.

Hang in there buffy.

I tried melatonin it didn’t help me sleep and cause me to have a bad reaction to it. Sometime bendryl help me sleep. I’m thinking about trying out sleep aid to see if that will help me sleep. I have been under a lot of stress.

Please tell me someone has experience with Belsomra. its been useless for me so far. I am unsure if its like ambien and causes you to fall asleep or if its something that requires titration.

I never tried it or ever heard it. Sometime Lauren Fenton sleep meditation helps me sleep depending on how bad my insomnia is.

I was prescribed Prozac and Hydroxyzine last week, both for anxiety, but the Hydroxyzine can also be prescribed for sleep. I take some of that at bedtime and it has helped a little but I'm still tossing and turning and awake more than I'd like, but my sleep has improved a little. Might experiment one of these nights by not taking it at all and see what happens.

I didn’t know that hydroxyzine can be used for anxiety and sleep. I’m allergic to hydroxyzine.

I'm new here.

Yes, I have been having trouble sleeping. I have insomnia, but my dreams are not the same as before.

I think it's gotten stranger during this pandemic. I've had weird dreams and nightmares about local politicians, about my sister, and about a friend who lives in a different state. I've never dreamt like this before. Most of the time, my insomnia and nightmares are due to past traumas. But nowadays, I'm dealing with some bizarre nightmares about current events or what could possible be dangerous for the future. I worry about my friends and family members getting hurt. I lost a friend to Covid-19 last year, so that was really challenging. The news frightens me, but I feel compelled to read it, nonetheless.

I wonder if anyone else has experienced really bizarre dreams and nightmares.
