So for the last few nights Iv woken up with tears running down my face and me talking outloud saying things like " No dont kill me" and wake up traumatized

I once woke up trying to run while crying because a doll was chasing me. When I fought with my family, my ex husband would tell me that I would whimper saying 'mommy' every night. He told me I had to go talk my family.
