Like 8-8:30pm early…But Ill sometimes wake up a few hours later and can’t sleep again for another hour or so after that…

Anybody else have that problem?

Yes, that happens to me sometimes--usually when I am highly stressed.

What you might try is Epsom salt baths. The magnesium helps reduce stress and put you in a more relaxed state. Also cut caffeine and alcohol if it's a part of your day. Those were the key things that helped me.
