I am unsure if this med is supposed to work quickly like ambien or lunesta or it is something that takes time to work or a specific titration schedule. I plan on sending my doctor a message in the portal tomorrow. First of all it is in the highest copay tier for me and its boxed in these slide out things that let you pop out your pill. I am on what I assume is the starting dose of 15mg. The directions say to take it and get into bed immediately. It suggested that sleep could come quickly or at least quick enough that you should be in the bed. I took it for 5 nights and.... nothing. No sleepiness, still restless and awake. Then I went on vaca in NC and had two really rough nights. Up literally all night. So I took my dose that second night and then I was talking in my sleep and wandering around. Not sleepwalking just aimless. Anyone have anything to share? Like is it immediate? What would be a max dose and how did it work for you all?

All I can contribute is the comparison between this and Ambien.
