I have a hard time rolling over in my sleep and it makes me feel very stiff. It happened at my parents house when I was so exhausted I just didn't move, and now at my new house on top of feeling exhausted...even though it's a Queen bed, it's up high on a platform bed and it makes me nervous about rolling over and falling off ...so I don't roll over and it doesn't feel good when I wake up.
Any suggestions??? |

I wish I had some helpful suggestion or suggestions, but sadly I don't. Hopefully others here will prove more helpful to you!

Get it off the platform get a different bed frame! Peaceful sleep is bliss I have it often. Remove what gives you anxiety.
