Hey ho, let’s go!
So I woke in the middle of the night again & started to go to the negative place. Then I remembered my post on the forum yesterday where I answered my negative thoughts with neutral thoughts & that’s what I did. I was worried that would wake me up fully to where I wouldn’t be able to fall back asleep, but I did eventually fall back asleep & then I had the most wonderful (to me) dream: I was at a social gathering, sitting at a dining room table with Joey Ramone & we were coloring. He wanted me to kiss him on the mouth, but his teeth were awful, so I politely declined & he was okay with it. He gave me a color book with witches in it & I went to get more crayons. It doesn’t sound like much, but it was lovely. |

Hi Beth, no I have not read that, is it good? I did add I Slept With Joey Ramone by Mickey Leigh in my to be read pile after I had this dream though.
