I have not slept (literally), in months

however I don't care, because every morning I don't feel tired or like I need to sleep

I know sleep is important though, so how can I care about it?

There are sleep clinics for that sort of thing. Perhaps you could talk to someone knowledgable?
Else? The usual, sports, healthy food, a solid routine, keep your electronics away from your bed, meditation...
Do you like my list?

Eventually you are going to crash. Not sleeping takes time off your life. I'd contact your pdoc.. This is going to take professional help.

Hi...

You might not feel tired but still sleep is important. You might have a sleep disorder that needs diagnosis and treating. It would help to consult a specialist.

Eventually you're going to crash. I sleep , but only maybe 4 hrs. a night.
But like you , I'm starting to not care anymore. I'm also afraid to sleep
because of the horrific dreams that I have. Plus physical pain wakes me up.
BTW: You could have sleep apnea. I know I do but I need to start using
the c-pap machine I have. It's just so uncomfortable. But which is worse ?
Wearing the mask , or no sleep ?

You should at least consider a sleep study.

Even if you are not exhausted, sleep is essential. You might have a sleep condition that needs to be diagnosed and treated. It would be beneficial to seek the advice of an expert.
