Just woke up from a dream where the bins got emptied and for some reason they took everyone's cars as well they managed to find *his* car but they could not find mine and I needed to be taking Casey Junior (my car) out cause I had to take Christmas cards and stuff out and they offered to replace her but I have to use her for work and she has my work car pass in and in real life she has a full tank of petrol cause I don't trust her guage cause every now and again her guage has a confusion in its brain

I'm panicking that the bin men will do that for reals, take everyones car from them and not be able to find them

I hope you can get back to sleep. Dreams causing panic super suck, I know.

One thing that I try to do to calm enough to (hopefully) get back to sleep is to sing songs to myself. I know that sounds weird, but (sometimes), it works. I guess because it focuses my mind on something other than the content of and reaction to the dream. Any song. All songs. It takes a bit of time, but it’s something that isn’t panic.

For what it’s worth, I guess…
