Last night I dreamt of seeing an old army buddy I haven’t talk to in years. We met each other in this theme park like survivalist camp. I was on a vacation to ride this big hill sled looking thing that you see in mountain amusement parks he was there because he told me “I had to get away from my wife, she was driving me insane”. My friend took a job managing this survival camp and gave up on his government job.

We and an instructor rode these green asphalt hills together for awhile. The hills would go up and very far down. Sometimes we would go through tunnels that looked like concrete storm water drains.

Night started to fall and we stopped to get some sleep at this shack with a big balcony looking over the mountain and there was a big lake hundreds of feet down.

There weren’t any safety structures on this deck so we were just looking over. My friend proceeded to tell me about how much he hated his wife and how she was taking everything he had along with his energy. I could tell he was sad and depressed it started to make me feel the same way.

One of the instructors we were with asked me if I wanted a job at the camp. I told him I feel to old to learn a new job.

Those big hills may represent some challenges you're facing in your life. And the sled to me sounds like you may feel out of control. I think the balcony may imply a need/desire for a big picture perspective.

Can you get back in touch with this friend? Dreaming of standing with someone at a great height can indicate strong feelings for that person.
