Does it work for you? How does it work for you?

Last night I increased my dose to 2mg and of course I have a nightmare
And I felt so weird as I was falling asleep. I always get nervous with new medication. I wish I didn't have to have these nightmares...

I had a really horrible and terrifying experience shortly after this, so now I take 50mg of Hydroxine at night and it works wonders! No nightmares and no anxiety!

I'm on 8mgs of prazosin and it's worked very well for getting rid of more aggressive and physically stressful nightmares.
I'm glad you've found something that works well for you!!

I take 2mg at night for nightmares and 1mg in the morning for flashbacks. I think I need my dose increased because I still have nightmares and flashbacks, but my blood pressure is pretty low so I don't think I can do that so I think I'm just going to stop it.
