When it's been 3 days of poor sleep and I'm trying to hold it together at work but I feel sick

What's the best thing to do?

Talk to a doctor about your lack of sleep?
Thanks for this!

Things to do instead of sleeping!!!

but seriously talk to your doc, exam your sleep hygiene, and do your best to slow down before bed.

I've talked to my doctor. Had numerous sleep studies ( mild apnea) tried c-pap, didn't work. Tried every sleep med even the newer ones like Belsomra & Quivic.

I guess I should have said that What to do...

I think it was job related stress
