Things to do instead of sleeping!!!
but seriously talk to your doc, exam your sleep hygiene, and do your best to slow down before bed. __________________ Live life for nothing but that sweet sweet melody. |

I've talked to my doctor. Had numerous sleep studies ( mild apnea) tried c-pap, didn't work. Tried every sleep med even the newer ones like Belsomra & Quivic.
I guess I should have said that I think it was job related stress Sent from my SM-A146U using Tapatalk |
