I have sleep apnea and found in some research (I do know where to find the true stuff on the internet) that if BiPAP causes flatulence, this can be detrimental to my health and even threaten it. I have looked up devices that go in your mouth to keep your jaw from slacking. Does anyone have experience with these?

I do not. I have a BiPAP and am doing very well on it. It does not cause flatulence. When I started several years ago, it was on a CPAP which caused Aerophagia. The doctor (remotely) adjusted the settings and Aerophagia went away. Still, CPAP was not the best solution for me and I was upgraded to a BiPAP.

Have you reported flatulence to the sleep medicine doctor who manages your sleep apnea and prescribed your BiPAP machine?
