Hello Everyone

I have had absolutely no sleep what so ever in 72 hours. I think it's due to a medication change. I feel like crap. Cannot do anything during the day but feel like a veg.

talk to your doc if you think it's due to meds. can i ask what med it is that you're on?

like tao suggested, try to get some rest at least. i find even lying on my bed and zoning out can really help me feel semi-ok, if i'm unable to get sleep.

I'm too upset to talk right now. I've put in calls to my doctor and none have been returned.
